Ingredients

  • 600 g Whole Oreo Cookies (about 50 cookies)
  • 170 g Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 500 g Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 150 g Condensed Milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos with melted butter and stir until fully combined.
  4. Press the Oreo mixture evenly into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
  6. In a new bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold in vanilla extract and condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  8. Pour the ice cream mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
  10. Cut into squares for your sandwiches and enjoy!

Notes

Use cold equipment for best results and don’t overmix the cream. Feel free to experiment with flavors and add-ins.
